Getting Started
How do I get started with AI Skills?
After registration, browse the skills library on the homepage and select AI skills suitable for your industry. Click any skill to view details; executed skills are billed from your Token wallet.
What industries does AI Skills support?
The public site currently covers 14 industry tracks, including e-commerce, media, education, finance, healthcare, software, and retail. Each industry page highlights the capability modules most relevant to that context.
How do I find the right AI skill for me?
Use the smart search on the homepage to describe your business problem, and the system will recommend relevant AI skills. You can also browse by industry category or view popular skill rankings.
Account
How do I update my account information?
After logging in, open the User Center from the top-right avatar to update your profile, avatar, phone, email, and review orders, wallet billing, and API Key details.
Which sign-in methods are supported?
The current login flow supports WeChat sign-in and phone verification code sign-in. If a phone number is not registered yet, the quick-login flow will create the account automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Go to User Center > Account Settings > Account Security, and click 'Delete Account'. Please note that all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Billing
What pricing plans are available?
The pricing page currently lists Free, Explore, and Advanced plans. Execution is billed from Token wallet balance; plans differ mainly by API entitlement, support level, and team capabilities. Check the live pricing page for the current details.
What payment methods are accepted?
The current online checkout uses WeChat Pay and adapts to the visitor environment with QR, H5, or JSAPI flows. For enterprise procurement or custom arrangements, contact the team through the enterprise page.
How do I request a refund?
Full refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase. Requests after 7 days are reviewed on a prorated basis according to service usage. Contact [email protected] and refer to the Terms of Service for the final policy.

What browsers does AI Skills support?
We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Chrome is recommended for the best experience.
How is data security ensured?
The site uses HTTPS/TLS for encrypted transport, and payment and authentication flow through controlled service paths. Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the current data-handling details.
How do I use the API?
Eligible signed-in users can view and reset their API Key in the User Center. The Open Platform page hosts skill invocation entry points plus prepared catalog and debugger slots; contact support or the enterprise team for team-level integration guidance.
What is included in the Open Platform now?
The current Open Platform provides the page shell, API Key entry, help entry, and prepared components/open-platform slots. Complex catalog and debugger interactions will be added in a later task.
